Going to the doctor's today for a physical and a tuberculosis shot for a Residential Program I expect to join this month.
The weight scale broke, so I will record my weight today at the doctors.
I been on this site for a week now, but started dieting and calorie counting for consumption and loss since May 31st. Since I have lost about 14-15 pounds (215 lbs to 201-200 pounds), and lost 2.5+ inches on my waist (from 43 inches to 40.5 or less inches).
12:00 PM -- So far burned a net of 858 calories, but probably going to eat 500 calories later for dinner around 7:00 P.M. with a snack of fresh fruit (probably an apple or 1/2 cup of blueberries) and jog between 3-4 miles. Got my appointment coming at 3:00 P.M. at the doctor's first and have to leave around 1:15 P.M. to make it.
