7 days in a row with 1 hour exercise classes; 4 of them (including today) were Zumba! I am absolutely loving it that my body is able to do this. I'm planning a day of rest for tomorrow; going to a farmer's market, other shopping, fun stuff.
I've had so much more energy since I've been exercising more, eating right, and losing weight. I buy healthy food, prepare healthy meals, do housework, run errands; I'm loving life! I don't need to ask my partner to pick up my prescriptions or bring home dinner or anything like that. I feel so much better about myself; life is good.
