Hi Buddies, I am going to be MIA for abit. I have been having alot of health issues (very strange for me as I am very healthy). I have a series of test this week and hope will have answers next week. I am not to lift and rest as much as possible so gym days are off. Just wanted you all to know I will be cheering you on from the sidelines. ;)
