Diario de loosinisfun, 01 mar. 08

day 271..GOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES!!!!!well today is weigh in day..not sure if i have a loss this week or not..last week after i weighed in, then my weight shot bck up to 324..spent all week tryin to get that bck under control..yesterday i had it bck down to 318 again..not to sure what caused it to go up like that..but sure was frustrated when it did..some days its really hard to stay focused and on track, but everyone on here is really good about supporting me and gettin me to realize ther will be bad days along with the good ones..i was tired yesterday at the gym..didnt really want to be ther, but managed to get a workout in of some kind..i knew today was weigh in day..and i was hopin for a loss..was rootin thru some trash containers i have in storage that i keep clothes in i could no longer wear..and came acrost a short sleeved shirt yesterday..well naturally i had to try it on..to see if it fit..hadnt been able to wear that shirt in 15 years..probly couldnt wear it the day it was bout, but it fits great now..so later today gonna go out and do some more rootin..see what else i can find..gonna get ready in a few..not sure if im gonna go for a walk today or not..might just go to the gym long enough to weigh in and come bck home..and take it easy..hope everyone has a great weigh in today and a great weekend....

ADDON: went to gym and weighed in this monring came bck home and went bck to bed..no walk no nothing..i feel like some one took all my energy...its 12 noon an i all i can say is ive slept all morning..im guessin im fightin off bein sick..geeez..all i need..i dont feel bad..just no energy..and no appetite..had to force lunch down and some water..well guess il go get bck in bed and take another nap...gotta get better..dont have time to be sick...

dont kno what the problm was earlyer today..but i feel fine now..planning on walkin in the morning..

WAY to Go!!! DOWN another POUND!! GREAT JOB! Isn't it great to be able to fit comfortably into clothes that didn't, again?? lol I'm starting to run out of saved "smaller clothes" and will have to start buying new smaller ones, when I can. You're doing AWESOME on the WORKING out and DEDICATION!! BURN RUBBER BABY!!

AWESOME job on posting a loss for another week!! I know what you mean about occassionally getting discouraged by the scale, but you are doing so much exercising and walking that you are also building that fat burning muscle! - and that is not reflected on the scale. Need some inspiration - just open your chart - have you done that lately? - I just did and it blows me away! Keep it up my friend!

Another week - another loss....AWESOME! So glad you're feeling better! A lot of folks here know there is not much worse than being ill....It's been going round and round all winter...You're fortunate that you've managed to somehow avoid it all - to date anyway! KUDOS on the loss...I KNOW you had to work EXTRA hard to get the pounds off that showed up on the scales early last week.... You're an inpiration....!!! Huggies
