Well today was great. I went shopping and guess what!!! I am now out of plus sized clothes! Yea!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited about that! And then...well...I decided to celebrate it with dinner at Sonic...I know I am bad! I had a cheese burger, tater tots, and a diet coke. I am so screwed for my weigh in on Monday. But oh well. For once in my life I felt pretty today...so what is wrong with a little celebration :) It is really the first time I really cheated so...hmmm...I am trying to make myself feel better about it...but can you tell it isn't working lol.

Congratulations Lauren! Don't feel too guilty about celebrating at Sonic--if you are going keep your weight off you're going to have to allow yourself a treat once in a while. One thing I learned about myself is that I always think of food as a way to treat myself when I deserve something special. I realized that wasn't going to work for me anymore so I started looking for a good substitute. One thing I do now is treat myself to a mini massage (about $25 at most beauty shops) or to just one food treat like a fancy coffee or a really good bagel instead of a whole meal. Whatever, you still deserve congratulations!

well, dont let it get you down. We went to Chilis tonight...however, i kept myself up on the food part...I ate a salad..only 1/4 of it though and I was full. However, i didnt do so well on the other part...I drank a frozen margarita.
