I went to work today and had the most difficult time with sweet cravings. I abstained from cheating, but it wasn't easy. I think the reason why I had such a difficult time with cravings is because I ate too many simple carbs yesterday and I paid for it today. Lesson learned.

I'm not much of a water drinker, but have really tried drinking more water than usual and I was able to drink about 4-5 8oz glasses today which isn't my end goal, but I keep telling myself--baby steps. I'm at least progressing. I have a really bad habit of wanting to succeed at things 100% of the time and weight loss has been my biggest failure. I guess I want it all right now and perfectly. I'm learning bit by bit and I need to learn how to accept the baby steps instead of expecting giant steps.

Yep, baby steps are key!! Great job.. I have found that junk food/sweets are a slippery slope for me as well -the more I have them, the more I want them!! Stay strong! :)
