Every time I stop counting, my weight loss slows or stops. Every time I come back, it goes right back to steady loss. Seems like a pretty clear cause and effect :) Definitely sympathize with travel making it difficult. I find just trying to get some exercise in makes a big difference, so I'll usually find time for an hour walk or some time in the hotel fitness room.
