I can't believe I actually did it - I pledged $3900 on StickK.com. I set up a goal of losing 15 pounds in 26 weeks, and if I fall behind or I miss a weigh in on any given week, I lose $150.

I know it's not an aggressive goal, but it had to be something I know I can do if I just keep at it and don't give up or backslide. I totally can't afford to lose four grand!

Food was pretty good today, but I had to cut my workout short because I re-injured my sprained ankle. I am icing it now and hoping I can get back to the gym by thursday.
