do you want a tip how you can (hopefully) easyily get to your 8 glasses (at least!) water per day? make yourself a reminder on your outlook (if you work in an office) and/or on your mobile. every hour (8am, 9am etc) and then: DRINK A GLASS OF WATER. with that you should easily deal with the 8 glasses and if you do this every day, you will getting used to it :) enjoy!
