gooooooooood mornin everyone...had to pat myself on the back yesterday...did 3 workouts on the stationary bike yesterday for a total of 68 minutes...wanted to do another trip after supper...but my butt was starting to feel it..lol...so all i can do is try an get more today...just another busy day like usual...rain and storms come thru last night...but gone for now..more again tonight is what they are sayin...still sayin 7 days of rain...my mator plants are growing great as are the pepper plants..cant wait on the halbanero plant to produce want to see just how hot the pepper is...suppose to be one of the hottest peppers...right now i use ceyenne to season most of my food...and it seems to take more and more..guess i likkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeeeeee it...lol...and it likes me...well need to get up...want to get my first workout over with...im charged up an actually lookin forward to workin out for a change...a gooood thing....weight is up, but i kno its no longer about weight...so i really dont care what the scales say anymore...sooooooo...have a great day everyone...keep it moving one way or another...lol..

Hi - it's evening now. Hope you're well. The weather is unusually cool where I am at now. You've got to get that blue line back down. I'm afraid mine is up too and I may pass tomorrow's weigh-in! :)

beginnin to think alot of the gain is just muscle gain as my smaller size jeans are still fitting fine...still snug, but long as they are fitting, then i kno im not gaining...plan on walking if it ever clears off enough that i feel like i can get a walk in an not get drenched...lol...
