Still going in the wrong direction. Eating the chocolate fudge frosting off half of ax13x9 birthday cake didn't help to much either. I hadn't had sweet treat since July 27 th, so I went a little crazy! Didn't even use a plate. Just mowed down saying one more bite. I made the frosting from the recipe on the Hersheys coco box. So fudgey! Bad, bad girl.

This something I do too.. Not alone..Sometimes when I have a Birthday cake for one of my kid's birthday , after everyone is done having cake , I take a swipe with my finger and have a taste of the frosting and quickly throw the cake out into the garbage.. Then the kids ask later on where's the cake , I just say it's gone..Now every time we have a birthday, the kids tell their relatives that ," mom is going to throw the cake out after the party is over."

Everyone is different... some need to keep away from "treats" completely... but how about having treats that you CAN eat available? Like low calorie desserts (I currently got stash of some absolutely delicious layered WW fromage fraise that come in at 50 calories each, and some even more delicious brownies that are 88 calories each), comes already portioned so you know exactly how many calories are in them, and you'll know how much you are consuming. Or if you're low cal dieting, making up some portions of easy cheesecake (ground almond/butter for base, full fat creamcheese mixed with sweetners for top, add a layer of sugar free jelly on top of that, stick in fridge for them the urge comes - get some squirty cream to add on the top when you want some), was the saviour for me when I did keto. :)

I ate an entire jar of Nutella a few weeks ago so right there with you. I have super dark chocolate in the house. 85% - 92% chocolate bars help me if I get a chocolate craving. They are not low calorie but I find them super satisfying and can stop at one square. It might be all the fiber.

A break is fun but not that damaging if u get back on ur plan. July 4 I did a butt load of carbs and calories but On July 5 “hopped back on the bus” with little damage. Last week I did 5 days out of town with no diet restrictions and jumped back on my plan and BOOM! Started losing. I did the Atkins for 3 years and for whatever reason it took 3 days of recovery after I blew it. Now I do carbs, protein and fats but in moderation, and it’s working.

I eat something absolutely scrumptious everyday. Ok so that a lie. But I do eat ice cream, dark chocolate, high sugar fruit etc almost daily but in bitty portions so that I don’t OD a month later lol. My all time fave that’s not too bad is a few strawberries slices with a little heavy cream poured over. Sometimes I add a little chocolate protein powder to it. For me depriving or totally eliminating doesn’t work in the long run. But like others said one slip up ain’t nothing to sweat over. Or do just that go sweat it out 😉
