Recently I have been struggling with eating, since every time I eat I get a lot of sinus problems. I went to the ears, nose and throat specialist to find out that my acid reflux is the culprit.
I am modifying my diet and going to eat more alkaline types of foods but maintain my protein intakes in moderation. Going to limit my caloric intake for a short while to 800 calories a day, with nothing less than 50 grams of protein, so I can lose weight too.
Also, going to cut coffee and chocolate/candy out of my diet completely.
I am making an appointment to see a holistic nutritionist to bring me back into balance.
I have been eating quick and easy things, like frozen burritos, which pack in a lot of corn carbs and I have the feeling my body just does not like corn anymore either.
Going to make sure I take at least one 20 minute walk a day too. Need to keep exercising more and strengthening my muscles.
