So here is where I am currently at. I started IF on June 24 and I have lost 15 pounds since. School has started back and my hubby is back on day shift(he's a cop) and I have taken on a second job. which means I work from 7:30- 1 at school and then at a local dept store from 2-9. My lunch at school is at 10:30 and can't be changed due to our SPED schedule is really tight. I love IF but I am really struggling to find an 8-hour space to eat and not feel bloated. If I wait and eat with my husband its after I get home unless(9:30ish)unless I'm off and I can eat around 6 pm. then I can get in a run or I can go a 30-minute workout. So frustrated.
