2 boiled eggs, 6 slices of salami, 1 slice cheddar, 1 slice pepper jack. First meal of the day. Had bp coffee after fasting 16.5 hours.

Thank you for accepting my request. I am also eating Keto. Easiest WOE ever. I set my goal weight at 158 pounds. I am below goal weight and still eating the same as I was eating when I weighed 203 pounds or maybe I should say still eating the very best Keto I know how to eat. As time goes on I am always learning something new. Hopefully we can help each other.

Yes I love keto! It’s the only way I can eat good food and lose weight without feeling like I’m starving all day! I still have a long way before I reach my goal weight but I feel so much better all the way around. I haven’t been even close to this weight since I started having children. I have so much energy now sometimes they can’t keep up with me lol Thanks for the support...we can do this!
