Fasting a.m. BS = 139; Weight = 174.7 Wahooo!At last below 175! Throwing those boxes of books around yesterday was worth it! Now my pattern usually is, I will overdo it today and be back up a pound tomorrow, so will see if I can break that pattern!
Fitbit steps yesterday = 5913,cals = 1363; 78/6/16 macros; net carbs 13.20
This is "take me out to the ball game" evening. Going to have hamburger patty with mayo before I go, NOT eat hot dog buns, just the weiners, and yes, enjoy the peanuts! If all goes as planned, total cals 1611, macros 70/12/18; net carbs 37.85.
Well, yes, I did eat a sauerkraut hotdog, with the bun! Shared the peanuts with husband. Total cals came to 1514, 65/17/18 macros, net carbs 54.24. It was a fun evening anyway!!!!Fitbit steps today 6380.
