Had another good workout in the pool & gym & then a walk home in the rain to cool off. Couldn't take the bike today because of the bad weather.
Misread a food label so I have just had a massive amounts of calories. - Spar - Indian selection = 4 onion bhajis, 4 vegetable pakoras & 4 vegetable samosas. They have broke the cals down into 1/4 & the individual item.
I can't work out how to add it into the food log.
