Scale's hovering..:( but can't complain, TOM throws it off every time. I was a little dissapointed because I really had that feeling I'd lost this morning. I still think I did, I just wanted some scale affirmation..patience is a virtue..I keep telling myself! I woke up way too dang early today! I went to bed at 10 last night, VERY early for me, and woke up at 5:30 wide awake! I got up, had some fruit and pudding, did dishes and got laundry started, straightened the house and did a 45 minute yoga dvd. I was going to do my yoga yesterday but missed my opportunity. I really need to make it a priority in my workouts. Yeah, it doesn't burn as many calories as kickboxing or walking, but it reenergizes me and makes me feel postive and great for the rest of the day. I hadn't done it is so long I forgot how great it feels. Hmm kind of like when you go too long without sex! hahaha glad that's not currently a problem..;) It's going to be a pretty day, hopefully we will get to go walking, that would be awesome!
