So Today I figured since I don't have to groceries I need to start Atkins I would do the oatmeal diet.. The Oatmeal Diet website claim, I can lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks.. My anniversary is in 2 weeks so I hope what there saying is true.. I've tried this diet before and lost 6 pounds in 4 days.. With out working out.. Alrighty Then let the weight loss begin!!
