I lost 3.6 pounds on take off and gained it right back, but now a week later have lost it again. I cannot figure this thing out, but I guess it works somehow. Hallelujah!!! 

You can do it, just don't cheat like I did or it will not work. I will be doing the Take off with oranges on the 27th when I return from our vacation as well, I will try to do good when I am there but I am not going to torture myself too much. Keep up the good work. 

I dreaded doing the Take off over these last 2 days, buti bit the bullet and ploughed through, so glad its over, so i understand.
