I let my life get out of control. I was stress eating and look what happened!
So here I am back again. I think we've all bee back 1x or maybe more. that's ok.
at least we're all still trying. Never stop trying.
I've taken up the Gym every 2nd day! It's ok.
it's hard though when you go and you've just done your hair the day before...that all goes to hell as well. we all do the best we can..and were not alone. I can leave here for a few months and people still support me. Thankyou all!
OK we're gonna rock this weght loss thing!
