I've been biking the past two weeks to and from work 5 days a week. To and from jiu jitsu at noon three times a week.
I continue to lose weight.
I'm moving faster on the mats. My agility is quite good at the moment. My endurance is up and down but I don't feel any weaker where strength is concerned. That gas tank isn't so great on a calorie deficit though.
Intermittent fasting. 4 hour eating window.
