Well i feel GREAT!!! I went to spinning this morning and my mother joined since she wa sin town. It was amazing but a little slow lol..tomorrow will be more upbeat. I guess im out of the beginning stages. Ok so like i said i feel GREAT!! i have been kicking my butt day after day to get what i want... it takes long hard strides but eventually it will be the bottom of the hill im looking at. im not a saint i dont eat everything i am supposed to eat, i dont excerise on sundays lol.. but im trying and guess wha thats the first point.. for all you women out there who think o i cant or im to tired or blah blah blah its just that blah blah blah... if you want it you will do it... no one else can tell you or push you or make you unless YOU want to. years and years of whinning and complaining finally helped me to realize that doesnt help you get healthy or lose wieght but it sure does help you lose relationships and people you care about.. they dont care about excuses, they care about you and your health and eventually after your whinnng and complaining i feel they give up on u in a way.
