Holy crap. That's what I thought when I saw the scale this morning. 3 lb weight loss!? I'm more than ecstatic right now. I was expecting to see at least a pound this week, hopeful for a pound and 1/2 maybe. But wow. So proud right now, and wondering what I did. If anything I've been slacking a little bit, maybe my body just needed more than I was giving it. But wow. This is more than I've ever lost in less than a week, I kinda want to cry I'm so happy I passes 155, and I thought I wouldn't be there till the end of March.
I'm almost into my 8's and my hubby can't stop staring and telling me to look into the mirror, lol. We're both really proud of me I guess. I know I can get to my goals now, not just hoping. And I was planning on cheating today too! Dammit. I've been looking forward to a cupcake all week. Any thoughts?
