Diario de missloulala, 06 sep. 18

Got through first day of travel. Was super tired but went to the shops on the way back and got some salmon and veggies so that I can stay in track with my diet. Feeling too tired to exercise today.

I really like this app as a lot of the food today was very tempting (literally plates and plates of chocolate cookies, pastries and donughts) but knowing I have to keep an honest record really helps.

I still feel tired and a bit irritable though, but I’ve stuck with it and didn’t give into the sugar so I’m feeling happy about that.

Does anyone else find that commuting to getting healthier requires you to have to re-learn how to be kind and patient with yourself? I think that’s been a bit of a lightbulb moment for me, dealing I want to look after my health and feel good. Interested to hear your thoughts!
