Had my first real day in the weights section of the gym. I am going to spend the next few weeks getting used to the weight section before going on a weight programme.

I prefer cardio to weights at this moment. I guess I just love to sweat & have the heart pounding ;)

I also cycled to & from the gym.

I'm sticking well to my own diet programme without hardly feeling hunger. I said hardly because I've only had two days in the last few months of experiencing any hunger & that was due to a high workout without taking in many calories, basically it was my own fault for feeling hungry.
Tomorrow's weigh in is looking good.
