This guy's an arrogant "Bro", but some of his theories have made a HUGE difference in my workouts. I'm just starting to apply them to my bench (my weakest since I was always a track runner/soccer star and never bothered with my upper body). But my squats have increased significantly with the day-before carb and creatine loading as well as his 50-counts on reps! Good stuff to try 🤘💪

I'll give the 50 rep challenge a try. I'd like to be doing 365+ again. Max is probably around 340 at the moment. 240 for 50 reps, here I come lol.

Good info. I'm already at 30 reps so 20 more is not too much of a stretch. One change I will make is to carb up the day before as well as the day of lifting. For now, this is why I have to limit my bulking to 2 weeks (I will gain weight like crazy). Yes it will take a loooong time at that rate :)
