Well, even with exercising hardly at all this week and not getting the amount of water I would have liked I'm still down a pound from last week. I do think this is weight I did lose last week, but didn't show up on the scale because of TOM! Oh well, just happy to see it go down. I'm volunteering on an archaeology excavation this week, so hopefully that will be some exercise...depends on how much stuff we find. Also, we're done everyday at 4, so that should leave time for the gym/workout afterwards. I'm exhausted. Yesterday (Sunday) Greg and I decided to go geocaching to do this new "chess" series that some fellow cachers had placed about an hour away. The object of this is that you have to find each of the pieces - black and white pawns, rooks, knights, bishops, queens and kings. We left the house a little before noon and found all except 1 and that because we need a canoe/boat! So we trekked all over Lancaster Co. I drove over 200 miles we hiked a lot and through briars, over water, I got poked in the eye with a branch, tripped, we're go cut up on our legs it's not funny. Didn't get home until 2 and then it was 3 by the time I got in bed. Luckily we took the dogs with us, and they really enjoyed it, but were tired too. Of course we were out (you guys are really going to think I'm crazy now) we were in the woods in the dark, with our GPSr's, flashlights, the owners (so they could see the first people to find the whole series) it was 33 degrees, and we have to cross a stream and climb up hills. I definitely got my exercise in yesterday. But the downside is I think I'm dehydrated today. With doing all that I only drank about 30 oz. of water, which is nothing for me. So today I'm going to outdo that so I can get back to feeling normal. Anyway, it's about 6 and I still need to get a few things together. Will check in with you guys tonight!
