september is almost here and it will be a great opportunity to amp it back up! You can do it! You knwo you can! If you are in a work out rut, look at women's fitness magazine on line. I go there for re-motivation.

you can do it rubie we still have a week left in this month i have slacked off on my walking these past 2 weeks , trying to motivate myself to get back too i keep reminding myself of the holidays coming up and how much better i will feel lighter and in better shape keep the faith and lets work hard together

Rubie-sue
visualize yourself in a smaller size. This helps me so much. Close your eyes and see yourself walking into a party or get together in a smaller size that people notice. Then eat a piece of fruit instead of bread. :)
