@rosio19 Agreed. I never cut out cereal from my diet because I enjoy eating it...I just watched my portions of it and switched from whole diary milk to almond milk.

Just as you believe, so do I: Carbs are not the enemy. I know my keto friends will disagree and that's okay. My plan includes healthy carbs that are good fat burners, like steel cut oats, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice as well as a variety of fruits and vegetables. I avoid sugar, alcohol, white flour, artificial sugars, and soda (pop for you Mid-Westerners). You go Rosio!!
