DAY 281...GOOOOOOOOODDD MORNINGGGG FS BUDDIES!!!!! 26 out this morning..was hopin it would be alittle warmer this morning, but just another day to layer up..high today is 60, and tomow 70..my kind of temps...one of these mornings its gonna be day 365..lol..well woke up this morning alittle sore in my shoulders, so i guess being off from weight training was good..my workout yesterday was a great one..changed tshirts 2 times to get a dry shirt on..better then its been in several weeks..gotta keep pushin ahead..may is gettin closer..everyone have a fantastic day..and keep burning them calories...

total steps yesterday was 10012 steps...

ADDON: just got home from the gym..did my walk, then weights, and then 35 on the treadmill today..drank close to 120 oz yesterday..around 100 i seem to always loose track of 10oz..lol..but i added on an extra just to make sure..so who knows for sure ...
today will be another busy day..and its warmin up to 60 today so gonna try an keep busy all day..gotta work harder to get to that next mini goal..

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON

1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER - PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
2. EAT HEALTHIER FOODS - NOT THE PROCESSED FOOD
3. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
4. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
5. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!
6. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
7. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
9. KEEP THE BODY BURNING THE CALORIES!!!!

Hey I agree with Lorik, you have inspired me into going down and buying one for myself! besides, i'm curious as to how many steps I'm taking on an average day. Keep up all your great work friend!
