Well yesterday was much much better, I didn't feel tired and felt like I had more energy. Just waiting on the body now to feel the extra energy. I did not feel sleepy once. First thing in the morning was difficult but it passed. I'm still haveing trouble getting enough carbs. Yesterday I had about 12. I also lost another pound, but I know that can fluxuate. I'm weighing too often but I'm just excited yet I guess. I'm sure I'll be slowing down on checking. Also going to have my husband measure myself. I don't expect clothes to fit better for a couple more weeks. I am going to a movie tonight, that will be the biggest challenge. Can I make it without the popcorn?
