Okay y’all, I have a serious (and personal) question here. Ready? I’m FOS (full of 💩). What is a natural (or unnatural) way of freeing myself up? I feel yucky.☹️ Any suggestions is appreciated.

natural way. blended or smashed ginger root with warm and lemon mornings ( empty stomach) and evenings. it will also help with digestion. also drink detox water on a daily ( lemon/lime, mint leaves, Cucumber and ginger)make it over night . any two of the ingredients will do. also stool softer ( brand dulcolax) will do. drink at least 2 liters of water daily. apple cider vinegar also but try a teaspoon with water at home and see how your body reacts to it.

Natural- senna tea. Not Natural- ex lax or Miralax

castor oil capsule pills are natural. take 3 with warm water.

Prune juice is quick, Senna is a natural laxative and drink tons of water because your Collin is like a slip and slide and it needs lubricating to help get things moving

add more fat to your diet

Senokot tablets work well. Also Acidophilus will get things moving and strengthen your intestinal flora.

Coffee. Also Senna tea is very effective, I only do 1/2 cup at a time so it's not too effective!

Take I dose of miralax in water or etc every day. Works gently w your body’s water , not harsh, doesn’t damage colon, and will keep you regular.

Sorry, not gonna be of much help here (I smoke, starting off the day with a cig and Pepsi Max does the trick - not gonna suggest that! Hahaha), hope it get sorted soon!

try The Lord Jesus Christ....He said: that if anyone comes to Him, He will not turn them away; and that they shall be free; free indeed...it's an avenue I have trusted for over 30 yrs. it works....can't do it own our own, it will not work; you will be disappointed each and every time it comes around... this way I have the Lord Jesus to run to for help in anything that comes up in my life....I'm happy...but that does not mean I do not face disappointments; it just means I have someone greater than myself to run to for help.

I agree with Lulubinks - magnesium citrate. I buy CALM, which is in a powder form and comes in 2 or 3 flavors, all pretty tart. But it really works. And it helps with joint pain if I use it daily.

Thank y’all for the many suggestions!! I didn’t realize what a popular subject 💩 is!! Lol! I think I’m going to start with prunes and take it from there. 😁 FioLog.....no soda. No ciggies. Put thanks anyway!😉

I drink hot water steeped with a cut up lemon. The lemon gets your bile flow to kind of "kick in", sort of like coffee. I also eat spinach which helps move things along.

Miralax works for me. I just add it to my coffee or tea in the morning. it seems to dissolve in hot beverages better than cold.

Recently there last week. I increased my fiber via prunes (minimum of 4 daily), purchased KASHI Go Lean cereal (1 1/4 cups = 1serving), added 1/4 c raisins and 1 tsp of honey to the mixture. Purchased Fiber One bars (really do not like this option, but every little bit helps), beans are good source of fiber. Also, remember to drink ALOT of water to move that fiber along! Good luck and keep the faith! This too shall pass.....
