Okay y’all, I have a serious (and personal) question here. Ready? I’m FOS (full of 💩). What is a natural (or unnatural) way of freeing myself up? I feel yucky.☹️ Any suggestions is appreciated.

I mix a tablespoon of flaxseed meal into a serving of yogurt and have it 2-3 times a day until the systems are functioning well again.

Sure fire for me and mine... 1 T. Calm = Calcium in large mug of hot water. Stir. Add 1 heaping T. Acia fiber (Skinny Gut) stir. 1 squirt tropical fruit stevia. Drink only half! Set aside and drink the rest before bedtime. Adds 0 carbs, keeps the cramps away and everything regular. Oh, and it taste pretty nice!!

Chia seeds are really good. 3 teaspoons on yogurt or salad or whatever. Or, liquorice, the hard stuff is only 54 cals per stick and a few of those give you jaw ache and helps you go to the loo!

Whoa Whoa!! Watching SNL skit and eating are to be separate events. Seriously, though, increased fluid and fiber and if unsuccessful try some dried fruit.

Mineral oil is gentle, effective and inexpensive.

Fibrogel whick dissolves in water as a drink (available for pharmacies) moves things very quickly. It’s just a very thick fibre supplement no laxitives etc. I warn you though....be at home when you take it!

EUREKA!!! The prunes worked!🎉 Lol!! Thank you all for all your suggestions. I bet I’ll have lost weight when I weigh tomorrow. Too much information?😬 You guys (and gals) have been great. family dollar store has ...CHERRY FLAVORED MILK OF MAGNISIA .. CHEAP .. dollar general has there brand o f stool softners.. one with some lax.. I take the stool soft every day and the milk as needed.......cheese will bind me up in a flash... so be aware what is doing this... do you dirink lot's of water??? LIKE LOT'S OF WATER.. 1/2 GALLON OR MORE A DAY... TRULY.. been at this way of life for many many years.. good luck
