Diario de rosetonelli, 18 sep. 18

Took me so long to get motivated but I’m finally back to watching what I eat & feeling good about it. Thinks maybe I should do less than 1300 calories a day to speed the process up so I don’t get discouraged. Any thoughts???????

I’ve been on 100 grams of carbs and 20 grams of fat per day and 800 calories since end of March! I know that’s low but I am eating a lot just low carb stuff-lots of greens veggies chicken and fish and have lost over 50 pounds but that’s just me and it may not work for others! Good luck

You should try it, if it doesn’t suit you, don’t do it. Honestly i can hold on just 700 calories a day, but that’s me. So check what your body needs and do it. Maybe try smaller portions...

Thanks for your input ladies and I’m back at my 2 days of exercise class & 1 yoga class. Keep in mind I am 70 years young and not as active as many of you are My metabolism has changed drastically in the last 2 years 😠
