GOOOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES!!!!!! wow...been so nice here in the afternoons this week..and its 52 outside right now at 5am..but im sure all that will soon change as rain is comin later in the day..but who cares as long as the temps are nice right now..lol..gonna get ready for a morning walk in a bit..so i can be headed out the door at 6am..was in the upper 60s yesterday..was so nice..did some outside chores..checkd riders battery..its dead..couldnt take the winter cold..so gonna have to work on that before its time to use it..just enjoyed the day..got away from the house and the computer..total steps yesterday was 11279so..lorik, dig that pedometer out and get with it..you will be surprised how many steps you do in a day, and its just nomal steps..suppose to be nice again today..another in the 60s day..

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON
1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER - PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
2. EAT HEALTHIER FOODS - NOT THE PROCESSED FOOD
3. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
4. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
5. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!
6. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
7. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
9. KEEP THE BODY BURNING THE CALORIES!!!!

by adding these on to my journal each day this week, i continue to see it day in and day out..it reinforces it

ADDON: well since it wasnt as cold only wore tshirt and short sleeve sweathirt under my long sleeve jacket today and long sweat pants, bbut still managed to work up a sweat on my morning walk, so afte i came home frm walk, went ahead an wore the short sleeve sweat shirt and long sweat pants to gym..got a better sweat going..gonnna do that as long as i can..did my hour on treadmill..just got done drinkin a protein shake, to get my energy level bck up and now gettin ready to replinish the water i lost..also weighed in about fell off the scales..guess thats the reason i been havin to pull my slweats up more an more...lol..


Everyone have a great day..gotta keep that body moving to hit them mini goals and then onto that final goal..
