Damn... ate a bunch of Cheetos yesterday and the day before. This isn't good. What was I thinking? At least the 3 hours of biking between the two days likely helped burn it off.
That's not what I worry about; it's the cravings. I think I'll do another keto cycle soon to get it out of my system. Maybe a 4 day water fast, lol.
Going bouldering later tonight. I'm excited. I may not be able to do BJJ with my new tattoo but at the very least I'm keeping active!
