Diario de Sharons Victory, 28 sep. 18

I'm just laughing this morning because the scale is straight laughing at me right now...big time...cause I weigh 201.2 this morning LOL

Yesterday I didn't log cause I had no idea what was in my lunch...I didn't meal prep this weekend cause I told myself I'd prep more mid week but never did because I've been so busy with homework every night that I had zero time to do so...so live and learn..I HAVE to prep every weekend knowing I wont have time during the week...especially with my 8:30pm bedtime due to getting up at 4:15am

yesterdays eating was:

Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs

Lunch: stewed mini chicken legs (like 4?), about 3 ounces of stew meat and stewed cabbage and broccoli and cauliflower and a beef skewer stick with very little meat on it (like 2 ounces tops?) but it tasted a little sweet so guessing excess carbs.

dinner was 6 ounces chicken with a cup of low carb spaghetti sauce and half cup cheese

1 tbsp peanut butter
1 sugar free jello

I don't think that is blowing it??? didn't think it earned a pound of water weight that's for sure!! lol

Anyways...I do want to reach ONEderland before my plane leaves on Friday...otherwise I'll feel like an imposter haha...

Fingers crossed guys..this is crazy lol.

well I don't know what was a major change in macro's to have you worried. we all have slight water modifications all the time. excess carbs from sweet beef?? did you make it what might have caused that?? I don't think you gained a pound from any of that, you may have retained a little water from something in the menu but you did not gain a pound of fat

you really do obsess too much, give yourself a chance by next week you will be well established in your first happy weight goal.

You should try to log it anyways as a reference point, I will over estimate if needed. Unless I'm taking a day off.

Don't rely too much on the scale, I did keto, got off and started bulking, 10 lbs heavier, but no change in waist or hip size

Don't give up; I agree with Pacos Tacos about not relying on the scale; because you may be toning up or adding muscle tone. It's better to lose fat vs seeing the scale number decrease.

Don’t eat the PB for a few days @ see if that works.

If possible, stay away from anything with artificial sweeteners for a couple of days. Might help. You are soooo close!

I thought of you this morning Sharon. My scale plays fucking mind games. Like I lost almost 4lb over night. Ok I moved scale from its spot to an other spot and weighed 5 times. Ok so 187.5 popped up 3 times in both spots. Off to the closet I went. Yep. Pants fit good. Today at mall I tried in a smaller size suit jacket n pants at my fave store. Woot. Yep. Nice. I have lost weight. I’ll post pic later. Screw the scale and our obsession with it. 😁💪🏻 You’re doing great!!!

Scale mind games is a serious problem for me also! I feel like one of the Backstreet Boys reciting “Quit Playing Games with my Heart”.

ohhhhh I did that all last week, I got below a number, yeah. then shot up 4 pounds for no logical reason. 1.5 weeks later, I'm below the number, yeah, but tomorrow 😲 who knows. mind games ehh! You got this!

Wake up, drink a cup of coffee, wait until noon, do an exercise that elevates your heart rate above 120 for a full hour. Jump on the scale, you will have dropped 1-2lbs.

Yeah lost 1-2lb water from sweating lol. I gain during heavy cardio as I rehydrate heavily as I go!
