day 285..HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!! the temps this week have really been nice, made it easier to get out the door and away from the computer to do things..43 right now, but they are callin for rain today..well just got up..after having slept all day yesterday and sleepin all nite, i guess i feel better today..not sure if im gonna go walkin or not..thought about just takin another day off, and makin sure im well, before gettin bck into walkin again..hate to take it off, but dont want to feel like i did yesterday morning when i went walkin..only had 6354 steps yesterday..but ther will be days like that..

That reminds me that I have to dust off my Omron pedometer and start walking again. I'm not doing much exercise lately and really need to do something. You have a great weekend too and keep up the fine work!

Maybe you just need a day to "recharge" your battery...we all need that every now and then. Wishing you a great weekend - the weather should be improving shortly and you will be walking all over the place - spinning the numbers on the pedometer.

thanks everyone..im feelin like i flushed out whatever i had..got down on the floor and did some dumbbell exercises to get my metabolism movin while ago...
