Boot camp workout this morning - good stuff! I'm feeling stronger and keeping the intensity up higher. I even felt stronger riding my bike to the boot camp. As an added plus, I had to adjust my HRM strap because it was too loose. One of the other boot camp ladies asked me if I've been losing weight - she said I look smaller through the chest. Since I'm a 40D, I'd love to be smaller in that area!! I'm motivated and can't wait for my next work out!!!
