I am a little dissappointed in myself this morning. I went to a mivie last night and probably ate about 8-10 cups of the butteriest popcorn you can imagine! I am sooooo glad that I don't live anywhere near a theatre because that is one of my biggest weaknesses...buttery popcorn from the movie theatre.
Also, prior to the theatre, we ate at Mr.Mikes restaraunt here in Grande Prairie. I ate about 10 hot wings and then had a bowl of stir fry and garlic toast.
I did not do well on my efforts last night and I am sad about that. I was so good throughout the day, and then as soon as there are friends around, I blow it.
I am nowhere near a scale today, but I know that if I was, it would tell me that I went up in weight:( That makes me sad.
Oh well, back to the drawing board tomorrow.....cant beat myself up too badly.
I am worried about my birthday though because that is on Thursday and there will be cake.....:( Maybe I should tell everyone to make me a fruit tray instead of a cake;)
