Oh - also - I have been reading Dr. Bernstein’s Diabetes Solution and it is really interesting. there is a lot here that others are saying but he is one of the pioneers of blood sugar control and he presents the information in a mechanical kind of language - which I appreciate. bottom line is that I can have normal blood sugar and low carb is the way to get there.
