Yesterday, (May 18)
Mom and Dad invited people over. For some reason after my work out, I was unusually starving so I started munching on random snacks as i waited for dinner. I know that my body doesn't process carbs properly so I usually try to cut down on them at night. However, because people were over, Mom made her famous chicken rice and a lot of amazing food. I couldn't resist. During dinner, I restricted myself but I managed to get full (either my stomach shrank or I didn't really restrict myself the way that I thought). I felt so guilty, and after playing some cards with the family, I WENT TO SEARCH FOR MORE FOOD! I read in shape that you shouldn't beat yourself up if you go against the diet but I was thinking about how I sabotaged my weightloss plan all night that I even had trouble sleeping. This morning, I made sure to walk a mile even before breakfast and in addition to my 2 hour gym time. WEIGHT LOSS IS SO HARD!
