DAY 286...GOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES!!!! nice warm or cold 36 outside this morning..with a wind chill of 31..guess spring isnt quite here yet..lol..im feelin alot better today..guess all the water i drank chased out whatever i had..total steps yesterday was only 750..not alot but i never went outside the house..just stayed in and took it easy..did a half hour to a 45 minute workout on the floor yesterday afternoon, but didnt take much to wear me out..but today im gonna go for a morning walk, an then hit the gym for a workout, lest try to get one in..well hope everyone has a great sunday and keep it movin...

on my salad at supper and sometimes my lunch i would use hot sauce..and since i have quit using it, less salt to flush out..
