Need to really increase my protein intake so decided to invest in a casein protein powder. This is a milk protein that is slow-digesting helping to make you feel fuller for longer, thus aiding in weight loss. Planning on mixing this with my Huel meal replacement shake. I’ll probably lower the amount of Huel in the shake, the casein will add 112 calories with less than 1g of either total fat or carbs/sugars. If I follow this plan and stick to 500 calories/shake I’ll be using roughly 98-99g (98.552g) of Huel, if I calculated it correctly, to 30g of casein.

Huel 127g of powder=500 calories

500 calorie shake-112 for casein=388

388 calories of Huel needed/500 calorie shake=0.776 or 77.6% of weight coming from Huel

0.776*127=98.552
