I believe that I have plateau'd. I can not break below 190. The last few days I have been 190-193 up and down. As I set here and eat pretzels, I start to realize why that is :D Ok, but really, I have been very sick and I havent worked out much at all. I have been sick for a little over a week and I just cant stand it. Maybe soon, I'll start to work out again and will see improvement. I'm so tired from being sick that all I want to do is sleep.
