On September 27th, I weighed at a Nutrition machine and had 194.4 pounds (27.6% body fat), and then weighed myself on October 1st on a regular scale and I went down to 191.2 pounds. Then on October 4th I went back to the Nutrition machine scale and my weight overall increased with a DECREASE in BODY FAT (26.4%). Weight is not as important as body fat!
