DAY 288..GOOOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES !!!!!! another wonderful day..48 outside, but its been rainin all nite and is still raining..so il be going to the gym for my morning walk on the treadmill..which isnt the way i like to start out my day, but lest i can get one in on days like this..i hit a plateau about a week or 2 bck and since ive started pushing my workouts more..like my morning walk, ive been tryin to walk it faster, and my workouts on the treadmill ive been tryin to do my second half hour at a higher resistance then 7..id like to do the second workout at 15 like the first, but il have to build up to that..but by pushing the workouts, im sweating more, and burning more calories..the whole idea to gettin the weight off..then in the afternoons, about an hour before supper, i try and do a 30-45 minute workout, with dumbbells, just trying to keep my metabolism working longer thru the day ...my mini goal in may is gettin closer, and im trying to beat the month so i can reset and head for my next mini goal.. my total steps yesterday was 11,682..keep moving that body, and burning off them calories!!!!


ADDON: nice little feature fs added on in the food journal, can keep a better track of my salt intake, which wasnt as good as i thought, but something to work on..did my workout in the gym..did 3 sessions of 30 min..hill program 15 resistance..gonna push them workouts that much more..spring is gettin closer.. and so is may, my mini goal..

6. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
7. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
9. KEEP THE BODY BURNING THE CALORIES!!!!
10. SALT IS THE OFF LIMITS!! USE SOMETHING ELSE TO FLAVOR THE FOOD!!

Glad to hear that fs has added the salt-o-meter!! We rarely use salt here, and I love flavor, so I use lots of spices and pepper is often used in replacing salt. GREAT job!! Keep up the AWESOME WORK!!

i havent pickd up a salt shaker since i started droppin the weight, but i see that in the past i was eating stuff that was salted more then i expected..now i can look as i put it in my food journal..

You're doing great! Keep it up. :) I also like the changes to the diet calendar, I think they will be useful for a lot of people.
