At the beginning of this week, I added 300 more calories to my daily average. All of a sudden, my weight started dropping... 🤔

I started paying close attention and noticed how much more energy I've had since. I was losing weight with a big surplus, so I knew something was funny.

On my log, I've now added N.E.A.T (non-exercise calorie burning activities) to account for this. That'll pull 200-400 more calories from my daily surplus, so now the calories will go up again next week!

3500 cals/day on rest days and 4000 cals/day on workout days starting next Monday! This should balance the numbers and get my precious gains back! 💪
