Fasting a.m. BS =112; weight = 171 Totals so far today: 1062 cals; 79/6/15 macros; net carbs 9.92. Rainy and dreary all day. went to town, attended a Lunch & Learn at local museum; visited sis-in-law, haircut for husband; 380 copies of STEM flyer run off for library, grocery shopped. Just a normal day today, exercise was running in the rain to the car from whatever place we stopped!! Successfully resisted candy and cookies and chips at lunch -- took my own stuff to eat. Came home to a delicious hot cup of mocha with hwc. Looking forward to making that hamburger skillet pizza without crust for supper! Think I will read a good book!
