My last time on the site was June 28, 2017, and I have gained weight since then. I have started back today so that I can keep track of food and exercise ~ to see it in print!!!
I have been doing aqua exercises at my Rec Ctr and I know it will help me to know how much of a difference it makes to be accountable every day!
I am ready to get back to it~~~~

Love water aerobics as well. Water walking is also fun mixed in with some regular swimming.

Yes, I agree! I know I wouldn't be able to do those exercises OUT of the water... and it's best to have less impact on joints...
